Hello there! Relax and have a read.

My wife and I, circa Oct. 2020.
Welcome to samfailing.com!

I'm Sam Failing, the guy on the left. My wonderful wife Zaulem is taking the picture here. Right now I'm finishing my M.S. of Computer Science from Fordham University. I'm scheduled to finish in December 2021.

It was a little strange adjusting to covid-era education, but in the end I found it granted me extra time to focus and study when my mind was most receptive to new concepts.
For the time being, this site will primarily display static content. This will change as I make progress at my leisure.
I'm hoping to have the contact link at the bottom of the page finished soon, and then may write a summary or two of past projects.
And lastly, let me know what you think. If you know me, just tell me. If you don't, you may have to wait for the contact link to work.
Thanks for visiting and come back soon!
Oh, and I should mention: I'm looking for a full-time position! I'm very much a generalist (I started as a full-stack developer in order to help a friend) but have concentrated in data science by accident. I'm looking to learn more about Natural Language Processing, as I speak passable Spanish and am always practicing it alongside other languages.
